--Ubuntu 16.04 OpenVZ--
We had some reports of users loosing network connectivity when running Ubuntu 16.04 on their OpenVZ VPS. We are working on resolving the issue.
Sometimes network access would be lost after restart or reinstall of this OS.

We are investigating and a possible fix will be applied soon.

Note: This may sometimes affect some other services as well as network, like "sshd" or your services. Use the serial console to restart them.

For those needing immediate solution there are 2 options:
1. Use a different OS.
2. Use the serial console in the control panel to run: "service networking restart" and also restart any other service you need.
3. If 2. is not helping, open ticket.

--Debian 8, Ubuntu 16.04, Centos 7 Xen HVM--
The same reports have been present for our Xen HVM VPS. We are working on resolving it.

Possible pernament fix will be applied soon.

Immediate solutions are 3 options:
1. Use another older OS.
2. Reinstall to older OS and try a dist-upgrade.
3. Try manual network configuration.

If you need help with any of the options, please open a ticket.
